SUNY Oneonta recently recognized 194 students who have attained leadership milestones through the college's LEAD (Leadership Education and Development) program. The State University of New York at New Paltz has announced its Dean's List for the fall 2015 semester. Dean's List designation is reserved for students who excel academically and earn at least a 3.3 grade-point average in a semester with a full-time course load.

Morrisville State College recently announced the students who were named to the Dean's List for the Fall 2015 semester. To be named to the Dean's List, a student must achieve an average of 3.0 to 3.99 for the semester and complete 12 credit hours.

Clarkson University civil engineering student Jacqui Scibior '16 of Sauquoit, N.Y., served as captain of the winning project team at the Construction Institute of American Society of Civil Engineers annual Student Days conference.

The SUNY Canton College Foundation recently announced its student scholarship recipients for the 2015-2016 academic year. In total, the foundation distributed more than $302,000 in the form of 265 scholarships granted to approximately 195 students. More than 60 percent of those scholarships were given to students from St. Lawrence County.
